Jeremy Zipple, SJ, (director/producer) has been making documentaries for over a decade. He has a special interest in films related to faith and justice issues and has produced films on children with developmental disabilities, interreligious dialogue in Central America, and race relations in the deep South. He has worked as a producer for a television station in Belize, Central America, and at WGBH (PBS) in Boston. Jeremy is a native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He studied economics and film at Boston College and is currently doing graduate work in philosophy at Fordham University as part of his training to be a Jesuit priest.
Jeff Johnson, SJ, (writer/producer) has written an assortment of short stories, poems, magazine articles and a play. Xavier is his first film script. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Masters in creative writing from Fordham University. When not writing, Jeff teaches English at Jesuit High School in Tampa, FL. Before becoming a Jesuit, he served as an officer in the United States Navy.
